By registering as an attendee, you hereby consent to your personal data being collected and processed by MDC General Services Holding Company LLC (“Mubadala”, “we” or “us”) in accordance with this Privacy Notice (the “Notice”). Mubadala only collects and processes the personal data provided by you for the Purpose listed below. This personal data may include your name, employment details and history, address, telephone number, email address and any additional relevant personal data, as required. When you provide Mubadala with the personal data, you confirm that it is accurate and complete.
Mubadala will only use the personal data provided by you for purposes related to your role as an attendee at the Mubadala Human Capital Summit 2025 (the “Event”), which may include processing and managing your registration, providing access to relevant services, recordkeeping, legal or business purposes and processes, and managing your relationship with us (the “Purpose”).
We may share your personal data across the organisation including with our affiliates and/or, from time to time, with other third parties, if required, for the Purpose set out above. Mubadala, its affiliates, and third parties may transfer, store, and process your personal data outside the UAE or your home country.

By selecting “I agree”, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the Event, and you agree that Mubadala may use, publish, and share your image, likeness, voice, or any other identifiable feature in any media format, including but not limited to websites, social media, promotional or marketing materials, and publications, and to share such content with affiliates and other third parties without further notification or compensation. In connection with your attendance at the Event, you consent to receiving communications from Mubadala, its affiliates, and its authorized service providers via email, SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, or other messaging applications. These communications may include important updates, logistical information, and other notifications related to the Event, and invitations to future events.
